This is my first ever post. I’m currently working in Iraq. Have been for 3 years now. I’m invested in the Dinar and hope that something happens soon. I’ve got to address some of these posts though. I read these things because I am a crack addict just like the rest of you wanting to hear about when this is going to happen but I would like to request that all the rumors from now on be at least somewhat plausible.

If anybody thinks that Iraq could somehow RV and the rest of the world not know within seconds, you’re crazy. It can’t and won’t happen that way. The idea that someone cashed in Dubai or Kuwait is preposterous. Ever notice how the gurus never send a picture? Ever notice how their sources can’t be revealed? Why? They’ve been constantly wrong. If I were made a fool of by some source, I would out him/her immediately but no. It’s unfortunate but in today’s day and age, people just like attention and they get that from us who keep tuning in to the same old crap. WAIT BREAKING NEWS… I heard from somebody who has a friend who once saw Iraq on a map that he might have cashed in! At $8!!!! Just utter stupidity. Congressmen aren’t going to cash out before us, iraqis aren’t cashing out before us, it will just happen. I’m expecting to read one day that “this guy that I knew said he cashed in at $13/IQD but they said only people over 6’5″ were allowed so I couldn’t” but I have it from several sources that the shorter population will cash in by next Tuesday.

All I’m trying to say is that if you have connections, then prove it. Don’t be a child and hide behind a computer. Heck, apparently, the CIA stopped by somebody’s house and possum thinks he’s still fighting at the Alamo through a computer! This is the crap I’ve read in the last two days and how far we have fallen.

Lastly, but most important, I believe the Dinar will RV. I’ve been to military finance at multiple locations in Iraq and they don’t know anything about it yet. There are no celebrations in the Iraqi streets except when they find a bottle of water. This will happen though but it might take quite some time. Have faith and things look good and hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. I could get home to my wife sooner. It will probably RV between .86 and $1 because the stability of the country isn’t good yet. Not freaking $5 or $8 which no civilized country comes close to at the current time. I’m actual “boots on the ground” and not some jackass sitting behind a computer in the middle of the US. All I’m asking for is a little accountability. If you say it or hear it and it is wrong, then out the source. Otherwise you’re nothing but a lying fool who is looking for attention. You can bash me all you want but judging by the track record, I’m the one who is right.

So for me and I’m a Very Logical Common Sense Type of Person…..If you have a Few Dinar Sites getting paid from Dinarbanker on a Commission base WHY WOULDNT DINARBANKER BE PAYING ALL THE SITES THE SAME….AND IF SOME ARENT GETING PAID THEY’RE LOSING OUT ON SOME FREE MONEY……

Do you ever feel like you’re living in two worlds with this horse shit? Like the real world has no idea that the dinar even exists. There is nothing on the news, people think you’re talking about a meal when you say dinar, no one writes in caps, an RV is a permanent address for many toothless white trash, and most of the shit you read on the web is spelled correctly?

Then there is the dinar world…our secret investment that we once believed was a sure thing. We’ll be millionaires …tomorrow! In this world retards exist, none of whom can spell their own name, never mind the country in which they have invested. It’s cluttered with self proclaimed gurus who all claim to have the date and rate, but most of them are just making a quick buck off the average turd’s pure stupidity. Then there’s Stevel and Frank, our very own pair
of religious creeps who end every post with “family” or “blessing.” Sorry but it reminds me of a story about a priest
and his altar boy.

So what’s my point? How the fuck do I know! I’m asking you. Help me make sense of this acid flashback.

For now, I’m just going to keep trashing and exposing those>pieces of shit until this thing RVs or I run out of creative curse phrases involving mental retardation, bodily functions, and trailer trash.

Rvsoon.com Great Intel

Everyone I pulled this intel from RVsoon.com, the incredible site which looks like a professional web company designed. I’m so impressed by the structure and layout, but that’s besides the point!

This intel came straight from the horse’s mouth. If I were you people, I’d go out and put $5 million on reserve today based on this intel!

[ackpaul] My lawyer called me and told me that he went in to the bank where we set up my trust account and it is one of the big three and is a branch that specializes in foriegn currency. Anyhow, they know he has been in the Dinar for several years as he was one of the ones who went over to Iraq with one of our Dinar dealers that you all know, when they first puchased Dinar several years ago. In their minds…

I’ve made the subject of this post “in their minds” for many reasons. I have come to the conclusion that in some of these Gurus minds they actually believe what’s spinning around in their pea-like brain. In their minds we are really ready to cash out for millions of dollars. The CBI rate is going to be 5.25.

Let’s just say it was 3.86 (which it won’t be) then Iraq will have the highest traded currency in the world. Not just in the middle east, but in the entire world! I mean yes they have oil but c’mon, not sure if I buy into that! I find many of their “dates, rates and predictions” to be one fabricated guess after another. It’s very obvious when looking at the scoreboard.

It’s just beyond me that people still hold on to every word these people spit out of their mouths. The boy has cried wolf already! Hell the boy has already been molested by the wolf in his head. It’s beyond ridiculous!

So the big question is……when will this stop? Are we really close to the end of this investment ( I refuse to say ride, because that’s the gayest fucking thing I’ve ever heard)?

Okie made a post yesterday which included a “screen shot” of the rate that was posted. This made all sorts of buzz because it came from a website which made some rate up and configured it to their site. Funny thing is this; I saw that bullshit like 6 months ago and we discovered it was false. Okie was using that as his intel!!! hahahah This instance alone should show you how great his sources really are.

The Conference Calls: Holy shit…where do I start with the conference calls! Why does everyone feel it’s necessary to get on these conference calls and listen to one banking story after another? I heard one the other day (and yes I need material to write about so I often join and listen) that discussed a “high up official” in our financial regulation side who had taken a briefcase and deposited his dinar into a bank and had a voucher for it. Now….this could be true, I am not saying it isn’t, but seriously? It just sounds fabricated! If I had any sort of intel or inside sources I would make one bold statement, without a rate and date, and then let it sit there. Why are you people trying to be the superhero in this whole thing? Tell your friends, family and close connections….BUT why make a site and hold conference calls? Is it really that important that you get credit for something? Did you not get enough attention as a small boy/girl? Please feel free to shoot me a message and I’ll let you join my Wednesday night slowpitch softball league.

I am glad we here at dontdrinkthepunch have been able to bring some reality to this fantasy dinar world. As a few of the great followers of this site have said, “what the hell are these people going to do if they somehow do get rich?”

Dinar Guru’s Credibility = NONE!

So I am searching around the web this morning trying to uncover what is real and what is bullshit. So far I’m having a pretty easy time deciphering between the two.

Retards like bluwolf, Athena, Okie, Phoenix, Blaino, Poppy etc seem to think we are DEFINITELY cashing in this week. Have you heard this before? I certainly have and wouldn’t expect anything else from these no talent ass clowns.

Funniest part is that Dan is trying to act like he hasn’t said “everyone will be cashing-in” week after week. Now he’s trying to act like he’s the only mod who is against the RV happening this week. Dan….your snake oil sales tactics are only fooling the degenerates you have coming to PTR and getting on the ground to suck you off (knowing they have zero teeth and no health insurance).

Okay so I said the last part was the funniest but this is in very close competition. If you happen to go to http://www.dinarguru.com (which is a complete gathering of all the short-bus fuck sticks rhetoric) you will see the first two posts. These “supposed gurus” have spelled words wrong and used the wrong context of words. Here is an example:

So a friend of mine posted some comments on PTR tonight. The comments were very elementary and really had more to do with an opinion on RV date than a bash on others.

After a few people lit him up with negative comments he decided to retreat. His email to me read like this:

“All I said was that I did not think the RV was going to happen tonight and that everyone should stop reading into this made up RV date. ”

All the man said was this and guess what!? Within minutes he was messaged multiple times and was even called a racist in a personal message.

Visitors of PeoplestalkRadio – your Gurus have been ranked #1 and #2 most hated people in the Dinar world in our most recent poll. There is a reason for that. They are the filthiest scum to walk the earth. Worse than a bucket of jizz from a 50 person gang bang. Worse than a load I’ve dropped in the toilet after eating 20 white castle burgers. Worse than the slimiest sales guy I’ve ever encountered at a used car lot. Keep buying their stupid fucking subscription. Keep believing these guys are god. Keep believing all the ridiculous shit you hear from them. They are right, and we are wrong!

I’m not only ashamed on you for believing into this I’m saddened by it. Being saddened by an event is like your parents saying they are disappointed in you.

These guys are about the lowest form of scum I have ever seen. If they are really trying to help people and give information from the bottom of their heart, then I take that statement back, however based on my experiences they are two of the biggest hypocrites I have ever seen.

They talked so much shit about other sites charging for intel and they were here for the people. All I ever heard on their sites were comments like “Dan and Tony are doing this for free” and “you should be appreciative of all the work they are doing at no cost.”

Then Dumber than Doornails Dan would get on a conference call and blast the other sites for it. Now look at them! ha ha ha

They are charging money to provide intel. WHAT THE FUCK??? Intel? They haven’t said a single thing which has been accurate, and you toothless hippies are going to give them money?

Let me guess…Dan will throw in one of his free gas cards from his ex-MLM Ponzi scheme? All you have to do is get 5 people to join your group and it’s only $9.99!

I also mentioned in a post earlier the irony behind the site being called PeoplestalkRadio. There is nothing to do with Dinar whatsoever. My guess is that they knew the BBB would come creeping around, or Maybe…just Maybe……THEY KNEW nothing would come out of this investment. They would offer up their Inside Intel to those who bought in and then once this fizzled out they had another platform for one of their MLM scams.

My guess is that this Dinar bullshit will fizzle out at some point. Knowing the types of uneducated goons who frequent their site it might take longer than a year. They will continue to buy into the week to week RV that’s getting ready to happen. Once it finally doesn’t happen then Dan & Tony will come out with some new MLM scam and everyone who has invested hours upon hours of time in their site will fall for it hook line and sinker.

The great thing for Dan & Tony is they are making all sorts of money from a.) Ads b.) Dinar Banker c.) new subscription revenue BUT they’ve denied making money since day 1.

There is something extremely fishy about all of this and I don’t know what it is, but I smell some rats!

It almost seems like they’ve made up the Kuwait stories, contacts in the UST/Banking and every other bunch of garbage they’ve paraded around in an attempt to pull another GET RICH QUICK SCHEME! Well I have news for everyone……it has worked for these guys once again!

This is a post which was written in response to the June 30 Deadline I put up on the blog a few days ago. This individual was banned from PTR for telling the truth. Anything written on this site stays!!! I could care less if you call me a large pile of dung. Opinions are opinions and that’s it.

This should show everyone just how unfair the PTR mods are.

This is absolutely the BEST dinar site imaginable!!!! I got banned from PTR becuase I have more than two brain cells and started questioning their trash.

Here’s the post that got me banned. I’m very proud of myself for getting banned and wanted to share with all of the normal folks. This happened about a week ago.

So since this was deleted, was this poster correct in their assumptions? From what I’ve seen, it looks like Dan and Tony will be making PLENTY of money from this website. Why would they need to do that if it was really going to RV today? Why not just take donations instead? Why not just be straight from the beginning and tell people that this would eventually be a fee-based site (with some freebies) instead of bashing other people who charge for other sites and then turning around and charging? :mad:

This would all make a whole lot more sense to me if Dan and Tony had been honest from the start. All they had to do was say, “Hey guys, we’ll keep this free as long as we can. But if we’re not all rich by June 15, we’ll have to look into other options to keep this boat floating.” To me, that would show some character.

To pump everyone up and say that the RV was going to happen TODAY, and then launch a fee-based business is just shady, in my opinion.

I thought I’d repost this becuase the more people who get their information and skepticism out on the web, the better. The people who operate these dinar sites (minus this one, of course) are pumpers and liars. They care nothing for their sheeple and despite their denials, THEY ARE MAKING MONEY. Dan and Tony lied when they said they don’t get a commission from Dinar Banker. The woman who runs DinarGuru admitted that she gets a commission, so why wouldn’t Dan and Tony (and all of their stupid mods, too.)

If YOU posted a thread that was deleted, I strongly suggest that you find a place to repost it. Newbies need to see that this isn’t going to happen tomorrow and they need to know that Dan Tony, Okie, Poppy2…. the list goes on and on…. are total frauds. It’s time to get the word out.

So tonight I decided to listen to a conference call which was forwarded to me. Poppy2/Poopie2 is not a dirty whore like I thought it was, it was a guy!!

He’s the biggest redneck white trash dipshit I have ever heard! He’s giving all sorts of “Intel” in his southern inbred accent. It sounds likes Talladega Nights on this bitch!

The shit is just plain comedy! You must call into this conference call and hear how phony and ridiculous these calls are.

My uncle’s cousins gerbils roommate from childhood was told the back screens are flashing and zero’d out. It sounds like a couple of truckers decided to pull over for a handy and a shower at the local Exxon but instead decided to do a conference call for the rest of the Tennessee hill people. If any of these people actually have more than a middle school education I would be greatly surprised.

Serious post about a Redomination/LOP

So I’ve been doing quite a bit of research the last few weeks regarding the Dinar investment many of us have made. Some of these facts and comments are mine and some are a combination of others I respect in the Dinar investment. The only people I listen to are those who are able to back statements up with facts. As everyone probably knows, facts are pretty much unheard of as it relates to the IQD investment.

On PD, PTR etc if you mention anything about a LOP people absolutely flip their lids and call you out for being a Witch. Over the course of the last few weeks I have become more and more concerned with a potential LOP, or for some of you who don’t know this LOP theory, it basically means the removal of 3 zeros from the IQD. The theory would be that if it lopped, a 25k note is now equal to $25. I’m not even saying it still won’t happen BUT I think there is something more behind the scenes with this LOP that truly isn’t adding up.

Quite a few people have been saying June 30, 2011 is the deadline date to become a member of the WTO and based on research others have done I’m not sure this is accurate.

If we want to see any sort of return (in my humble opinion) they might have to do an in-country LOP first. If they did an in country LOP it would provide more purchasing power for those In Country, but would not make Iraqi citizens instant millionaires. If the the GOI decided to go to $3 rate right off the bat, then the Iraqi citizens would go from a note worth around $21 to a new note worth $75. A big step in purchasing power. This increase in value alone would pull in a significant amount of the triple zero notes which are in circulation.

So with all that being said I feel there is a small chance to revalue the IQD for out of country investors anytime soon.

Reason being…..Iraq & the IMF cannot allow inflation within the country. If the IQD did RV and the Iraqi people were able to trade their money in for the same amount we hope to turn it in for, it would cause severe inflation. Basically there would be way too much money inside Iraq trying to go after too few goods. Shabibi has already stated that controlling inflation is one of the most critical pieces for stability in Iraq.

I feel that the only way International investors can have an ROI is if there is an in-country LOP. This would mean collecting all large bills and replacing them with small bills. This process could take months or even a year – who knows how long!

After this LOP has taken place then something might happen to the Dinar we hold. I have no idea how or what they will do, but this would be the only way we could be on the better side of the investment.

There is no way Iraq can revalue $28 trillion dinars (which is apparently what they have in circulation) with an exchange rate of $3+ because in theory, that would add another $84 trillion in expenses.

On top of that….I don’t see anything in the 2011 Iraqi budget which would cover the expenses of an RV.

I am no Economist, very far from it, but I’ve taken bits and pieces from various people I think have a clue and put this theory together. It is no doubt a theory but I would love to hear what others think. Please shoot my theory down!

My phone is a new Android. I took it into the cell phone store where I purchased it and they examined it and of course it wouldn’t do it for them. They said another person brought his in and said it was doing the same thing. I wondered if he was a dinar investor!

My fiance and I share a phone plan and she has an Android too. She said the only time she has noticed it on her phone was when she was listening to a PTR conference call.

Have any of you noticed a ticking sound on your phones? Could it be possible that big brother is listening to us dinar investors?

Tomorrow RV

Every single dumb fuck in the DinarWorld is saying the RV is done, the steps have been made, it’s locked and loaded and we will see it on the Forex tomorrow morning.

The funny thing is this; I’ll bet I wake up tomorrow morning, nothing has happened, the dinar is still trading at 1170 to 1 usd and every one makes up a bunch of bullshit to why it didn’t happen. I can’t wait for these cock gurglers to make up excuses to why it didn’t happen. If it actually does (which it won’t) I’ll wake up, go out to the street and beat my meat in front of everyone. Hell I’ll drink my own jizz for that matter. That’s how NOT confident I am in these Gerbil-brained GURUS. Dan, Tony, Okie, Blaino, RichQueen, POOOPIE, Bluwolf can all put a huge ball sack in your mouth and taste the seeds from thy anus. Your intel is 0 for 253 in 2011. It’s 0 for 932 in 2010, so a combined average of 0.00!

I’m more looking forward to waking up to see your excuses then anything else! I’m sure you will change it to…..Monday cash in. Then it will be next Friday and you will say “I have no idea why it didn’t RV. It’s done says my intel”

June 30 Deadline

So it appears we are approaching a deadline of June 30. I am not 100% sure what this deadline is, but Graphix pointed out that there are some individuals with solid information as it pertains to the Dinar who are also expecting some sort of movement by June 30. I’m hoping these deadlines are legitimate and all of us will be cashing in some of our dinar for a solid investment.

With that being said…..many of these dinar pumpers seem to think there is no way this Dinar would revalue at anything below $3. I laugh when I hear their claims, because there is nothing but greed backing up their point of view. It’s very sad that these individuals would lead others to believe the same as well.

Everyone knows a person who lies uncontrollably. After a period of time these individuals actually start to believe their own lies. This is the same way I feel about their PTR & PD Dinar pumpers. They’ve brainwashed themselves based on zero facts and now they are lead to believe this Dinar will only come out at $3+.

So first and foremost…let’s say it did come out at 0.86. I actually think this number is a bit high, but the mountain people of PTR seem to shoot this theory down because Dan and Tony said so. FUCK YOU! Bring me facts and then I will listen. Until then….I will believe whatever the hell I want to believe. Back to the point of 0.86; if this happens and you own 1 million dinar (1k investment), there is a chance to make 860k! Now I still find this very hard to believe and almost feel like a complete fucking idiot by posting it. But just think if this were true. A 1k investment and you make 860k = AND YOU FUCKING JACKALS ARE UPSET!!? WTF

This would bring the largest return I have ever witnessed with my own two eyes. This would be the greatest return since Dan & Tony started a scamming site called PeoplestalkRadio and convinced the mountain people to buy a $25 ticket to some boring ass show in San Francisco! This would be the biggest return since 1865 when Okie was born. This would be the single largest return since Stevel and his cronies did a Dinar conference call from his church all while praying to little baby Jesus! This would be the largest return since Poopie2 and RichQueen diked out with dildos and the background music was Dan & Tony’s conference call. This would be the largest return since Blaino got out of his psychiatric ward!

Okay so you get the point…..you people are being greedy! If this thing did come out at 0.86 take your money and run. Buy that new double wide you’ve always wanted. Go buy your new Ford Focus and a pack of Camel lights and drive off into the West Virginia hills. We should all be grateful if we can make 4x our investment, let alone 1000x. Let’s wait and see!

Culmination of posts

So we have gone on some serious rants over the past few months. 99% of them truly entertaining and 1% dumbfounded.

We’ve heard these fucking deadlines come and go. None of them are true and obviously none of them matter. I’ve done some of my own research based on posts I’ve saved and dug up some bogus “deadlines” these anal beads have said are drop dead. I’m going to list them down below, for nothing more than to make you aware of how much these deadlines are false and seriously have no ramification on an RV.

Although there are a lot more dates/rates that have been called out by this group of fucktards..this was the fastest method to pull the shit in. It really makes me fucking laugh!

1.) Sept 15, 2010 – C) The currency is being set up to “peg” with another currency, such as the US$ or the Euro. This is currently in process: It is supposed to take 4-7 days to complete this last step. It has been estimated that it has already been 5 days since the process started and it has been established that the process can’t go beyond 9/15/10 (which is the deadline for the currency to go international, in order to “go live” on the ISX [Iraq Stock Exchange], which it is scheduled to do on October 15, 2010), so it is imminent. [See #3 below.] It can take hours, to 2-3 days, after it pegs to be available for exchange, and when that happens actually depends on the financial institution offering it for exchange (i.e., how soon they are ready). 2.) Sept 28, 2010 – On October 15, 2010 the IQD is scheduled to “go live” on the Iraq Stock

recognized/tradable at least 30 days before going live. There are no extensions allowed. If this deadline is missed, the repercussions for Iraq will be devastating ,so it is highly unlikely they will blow this. Therefore, if the IQD
doesn’t show up as being revalued within a few days after today’s deadline, my only explanation will be that it has been released behind the scenes and it’s just not being released to the public. But, in that case, it must show up on
10/15/2010. I believe that it is highly unlikely that they will wait until it
has to go live, and legally they may not be allowed to wait that long or wait at
all.

5.) November 27, 2010 – Note: As of today November 25th Maliki has 30 days to seat the Iraqi government and that deadline is December 25th 2010 which leaves 7 days until the end of the year.

There is a very good chance that when the Iraqi Dinar is revalued the deadline for exchange will be December 31st 2010 and on January 1st 2011 the current Iraqi Dinar in circulation will no longer be accepted from the public for deposit or exchange. The date, the rate and the terms of exchange are all classified and unknown to the public at this time and the validity of the information I have presented above is yet to be seen but I once again extend this information as a word to the wise to have a plan…and plan to act.

Late Night thoughts

So I was up a bit later than normal this evening. I sorted through some old material on this site and had nothing but laughs. We’ve only been doing this for a few months but mother fucker is it funny!

Do you think Dan, Tony, Poopie, RichQueen, Terryk, Stevel and the rest of the cum stained napkins have seen this site?

I can only hope that they cringe at every single post and comment we make. There have been so many classic posts with so much banter that I’m proud at what I’ve created. We all have opinions, which need to be heard. Over on the Communist Dinar sites you are only allowed to do this 🙂 🙂 🙂 or GO RVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV! Anything else and you’re banned and privileges to become brainwashed are thrown out the door.

Long story short…I’m stepping this blog back up a notch. As we get closer to this “so called deadline” I would like to make a mockery of all their intel. If we even, for a split second, think something is going to happen by end of June we will be let down and there will be further disappointments.

Here is the goal for the next 10-12 days. Let’s fuck with these Jizz Buckets so much they come to our site and post something of their own.

I’ve noticed things have quieted down over there. Maybe we had something to do with it? Awareness…….maybe?

I want this site to be the Howard Stern of Dinar Intelligence. So from 12:47 am EST on….my goal is to rail on these mother fuckers so much that someone blows a gasket.

Slow down on Dontdrinkthepunch

Hey all….I hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed away from this blog and the Scam Artists on PTR, PD, etc.

The best thing we can do is stay away from them and don’t get caught up in the hype. I’ve slowed down my postings, but for good reasons. As I mentioned a few posts ago, I am invested in the Dinar just like a lot of people on this blog. The good part is my expectations have gone down significantly. Actually my expectations are now next to nothing. With Dan, Tony, Okie, Blaino, Poopie and the and rest of the short bus riders…they have made me feel like this is scam. Although I don’t believe this is a scam….I feel like there is something that isn’t sitting right.

Another reason I’ve slowed my postings is because I’m no longer as mad as I was before. The reason being……I have stopped listening to any sort of hype and have stayed grounded. The best advice I could offer to anyone who thinks they will be rich overnight: Get real! Getting rich quick only happens if you strike oil in your backyard or you win the PowerBall/MegaMillions. The percentages of these events taking place is next to nothing. You should treat this investment the same way. I’ve decided that the Iraqi Dinar will be my savings account. Hopefully it brings in enough money (in a few years or whenever something happens) to make me enough to beat inflation and offer up 10% interest.

Stay away from those sites. Don’t even visit them unless you are in need of a laugh. We’ve determined a few things about those sites – 1.) They are liars 2.) They have no intel 3) They are scamming people out of hopes/dreams and more importantly money

If you’re bored at work and want to throw in your 2 cents, well come here and laugh with us. I hope no one else is buying reserves or buying dinar for that matter.

Not to be a total buzzkill, but this investment hasn’t been sitting well with me for some time. Again, I am invested in it, but there is not a chance in hell I will invest another penny into this shit. Hopefully everyone is in a financial position to do the same.

Tony’s Sources

Hey everyone I have just discovered why Tony has been so sure of himself and the RV happening every day this week and last week.

I just found out through incredible intel that his sources are indeed Smurfs. He’s been speaking with Pappa Smurf all week and based on his intel this thing is done at the bank level and GOI level . DONE DONE AND DONE!

Gargamel also stated that he had sources in the UST and GOI and he also confirmed the RV was done.

Intel, Locked Topics, Fake Screen Names

Good morning to everyone out there visiting Dontdrinkthepunch – The last few days have been increasingly entertaining if you’ve been following Peoplestalkradio, Peoples Dinar, Planet Dinar and any other scandalous Dinar sites claiming the end of this “ROLLER COASTER” ride.

These people have once again stated with 99.99999% accuracy this was going to happen on Monday. Then Tuesday rolls around with no movement and now we’re in the middle of Wednesday (which was a date where the RV had to happen at latest). It’s almost humorous to hear these scam artists in action. A friend of this site has been sending me information from these sites with the crap they are pulling. Someone got on PTR’s validity and then people were jumping in agreeing. Guess what happened……..The topic got locked. No one was allowed to say what they really feel. Then a couple “Sheeple” jumped on these individuals with the same load of shit: “How can you say this, you don’t bring any intel to the forum. All you do is get mad when something doesn’t come true.” SOMETHING??? NOTHING HAS COME TRUE! Nothing at all!

So let’s talk about a word which gets thrown around quite a bit. The word Intel: let’s break this word down a bit. It’s the shorten downed word of Intelligence. Someone with Intelligence is considered to be smart. Someone with intelligence knows a lot of accurate information.

These people HAVE NO INTEL! Nothing they have said has come true. If you score a 0 out of 100 on your test, you are not known to have intelligence, you’re a flunkee. These people should not get mad when they know there is a large following and they are guaranteeing things to happen and they don’t. Not only do they not come true, but it happens time and time again.

I’m blown away by the people continuing to follow their BULLSHIT! When is enough actually enough?

PTR has an agenda. They make money from their site. They make money from ads. They make money from Dinar Banker. Then they turn around and lie about it. So for shits and giggles I’ve ventured off to some of these sites who have been saying the RV is done, and it will show on Monday. By Monday I mean yesterday, not this coming Monday. However…..we all know how this game works; when a time doesn’t hit (even when they are 99.99999999999999% sure it will happen on Monday) what is the excuse now?

What is the definition of credibility? How about: the quality of being believed or trusted

These people have guaranteed something over and over. They’ve named dates, rates and guarantees however nothing has ever came true.

Why do stupid people still believe in these weasels? I’m so sick of hearing and even writing about these people because it’s becoming embarrassing.

When I think of credibility I think of people who have earned my trust. Earned my trust because things they say come true or are true. I’m making this a quick post, but I’m simply wondering how a group of people follow a group of arrogant liars who never have accurate information.

Sometimes people hold on to hope. They want a better life or more money. Sometimes you buy a lottery ticket for a $200 million jackpot and you have that hope you might be the one. Realistically you know it’s highly unlikely.

People this is the same thing! Stop hoping something will happen based on people who have zero credibility.

The Wait is over…now snap back

So, people the wait is over! The Iraqi Dinar revalued today at 2pm est. They are just waiting for it to appear on the Forex. Should most likely happen this afternoon or tomorrow, but if it doesn’t happen in that time period it will most likely happen later this week, or potentially next week; if it doesn’t happen by next week, the timeframe for the CBI and Maliki will be in August latest.

Read through the written text of one of his calls. Nothing makes any sense. It sounds like someone who was told to do a speech on a topic they had never researched and he’s pulling out bits & pieces of things he’s heard on TV. The guy is a born Salesman and tricking people is his game.

Okie – Old as fuck. Acts like he’s connected to the Oil Industry and was Dick Cheney’s right hand man while in office. The guy has predicted more rates and dates than anyone I’ve seen. He’s worse than Jordan when it comes to retiring. He seeks attention which is why he’s always making predictions. At this point…when he talks people just laugh. I don’t hate Okie, I just don’t respect him.

Tony – Born to Scam. MLM background and using his soft and subtle voice to make people think he’s nice. He’s made a living off pyramid schemes and now realizes he can do internet scams to make money. Him and Dan are the same people with different sociopath minds.

POOPIE2 – meth dealer/meth user.. Never any information just lots of dates/rates and LOL’s about information which is not funny. With her slight retardation she might be Checkrates fake screen name. That’s how dumb she is.

Richqueen – not sure the difference between Poopie2 and Richqueen, but there might be one. Rich Queen has said she is 110% sure of things in the past (back in March) but of course nothing ever panned out. Tonight I received an email from a member of Peoplestalkradio. Apparently one member stated some facts regarding RV’s which have occurred in the past in other countries. Everyone immediately started “bashing” this member and told him he was a phony and a negative etc etc etc.

SERIOUSLY!? A person states some facts and then a couple fuck tards with an IQ of 14 start trashing them? That is a bit unfair don’t you think? Believe me….I will trash you if you write on this site, but you can say anything you want and if it’s reasonable enough I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. But to trash someone for facts! Are you fucking kidding me.

MLM Scam

Well its official….those on Peoplestalkradio are posting their thoughts on the site not being an MLM scam. The fact that people are talking about it means something……it is a question mark in their head!

First of all you stupid fucking PTR sheeple; I never said that Peoplestalkradio was an MLM scam…never once did I say that. What I did say is this; the people who run that site are MLM scammers. They are duping all of you who visit their site. NO you are not willingly giving them money out of your own pocket. Even that stupid conference in San Francisco has nothing to do with it (although you get your money back once it RV’s and if it never Rv’s then you lost your cash).

What you fucking retards don’t realize is this; by going to their site and supporting the made up RV talk, you are increasing traffic to their site. This traffic increases their ad revenue and more importantly drives people to DinarBanker. If they don’t make money off DinarBanker, then why do you type in a code that says PTR to receive $10 off for every 1 million dinar purchased? Think about it people. Everyone visiting PTR should demand that the dinarbanker discount be removed. See how Dan & Tony & Cagetrucker (whatever the fuck that means) react. They’ll probably blow a load in their pants thinking about it. Keeping people excited/scared is all based on perception. If the people perceive an RV as being imminent or right around the corner, well they will listen to your every word. This is exactly how they are taking advantage of you.

My last thoughts of the night are this:

What if there was no dinar blog to get information? Would you really go out and buy more dinar? The answer is plain and simple……no! What these people do is use you! They use the fake excitement created from these sites to provoke you (the dumbass) to go out and buy more dinar. It’s all based on 2 things: 1.) not wanting to miss out on an opportunity and 2.) excitement from calls/posts from their site

Does it not strike you as strange that no one in the financial world is talking about Iraqi Dinar as being a great investment? NO ONE! And I am not referring to a fake blog post from some made up site like PTR.

Again, this is not an MLM scam. This is an internet scam. An internet scam perpetrated by a couple of ex-cons whose past career experiences were MLM companies.

Just to make you feel better about yourself.. a lot of us own dinar on this site, including me. I do not feel like the Dinar is a scam. I feel like we could make a decent profit in a few years. BUT I do not feel we will be overnight millionaires, nor will we ever make millions of dollars off a couple thousand dollar investment. STOP DREAMING! It ain’t happening. If it’s too good to be true, then it is. Remember that people. Stop wasting your time supporting these two MLM crooks and spend more time with your family and enjoying the present. The next thing you know, you’ll be broke, hopeless and your years will be spent thinking about what could have been.

What do Mark Cuban, Mark Zuckerburg and Mark Wahlberg have in common besides being named Mark?

2.) But more importantly they are all entrepreneurs!

Dinar Sites

I have yet another funny post from a dinar site. It reminds me a lot of the steroid era in baseball. Everyone loved baseball when Bonds, Sosa and McGwire were juicing and hitting bombs. Hell Brady Anderson hit 50 home runs one year. Why did this happen!? Was it because they were that good, or was it because they were lying to the fans and doing illegal drugs to induce their performance ? Well I think we could assume both.

There is a parallel between this steroid era and these dinar forums. Each one has a reason for stirring up emotions and getting so many people’s hopes up…time and time again calling an RV for the next day, week or even that afternoon. NOW similar to the way baseball players disappeared from the game, these dinar forums and Gurus are disappearing from their sites. I find it not only hilarious but it should be humiliating. Not just humiliating to them, but humiliating to all of us for falling for it. They are liars, they’ve always been liars and now they are crawling back into the hole they came from. This post is not meant to bring them back out. Please don’t interpret this the wrong way. This is to celebrate and recognize their defeat. The fake RV stories, the day-to-day bullshit leaking from their narcissistic mouths made me fucking sick!

What do we have left? Who can we get rid of now? Will the sheeple of peoplestalkradio revolt against their pyramid scheming Gurus? They might not revolt for some time, but when 6 months go by and we’re looking face to face at November of 2011 or February 2012 and nothing has happened…..what is going to happen? The RV stories will most likely disappear and hopefully so will Dan, Tony and the rest of them.

How many people have purchased reserve orders based on a Dan/Tony conference call? How many people shouldn’t have been spending their money on Dinar reserves but did because of their Confidence on a date/rate by these so-called Gurus? How many lies can someone tell you before you finally say “I don’t trust or believe you!?” It’s gotta be getting to the end people. I’m sick to my stomach about some of the purchases I have made in the past. These people at the end of the day are greasy, self-indulged SALESMAN! That is it. They talk a big game but do not have any facts to back their points up. You must realize this after some time…..I know I finally did. That is what made me leave these sites and start a blog to be honest about the situation.

The post below is what enticed me to write this post. This post I have written was done so with a lot of passion behind it. Passion because it frustrates the living hell out of me. There are some honest people on those sites who have fallen for the same bullshit Tony & Dan have done to others in the past. Well we were all fooled and now it’s time to say goodbye. One word of advice: save your money! Don’t feed Dan, Tony, Okie, Poopie, and the rest of these lying fucks any more of your time or money. Go live your life and stash away your dinar and maybe one day it will be worth cashing in.FUCK THESE GURUS OR MODS, whatever you want to call them. I prefer parasite!

The hold ups could very well have been due to keeping the bad guys hands off the profits. Serious Dinar Speculation

For the 2nd time on this blog I’m going to post something which is ACTUALLY serious. Ha ha……no Bald Eagle shouting through the woods or gerbils sisters aunts nephews 2nd grade art teacher. I’ve mentioned on a previous post that there is one person I listen to when it comes to dinar speculation. Not because he has “sources” or “intel” but because he’s taken facts and based opinions using those facts. It seems way more realistic than any “GURU” or “Pumper.” His name is Marcus Curtis and I’ve copied his post along with the direct link if you would prefer to visit his blog. The world was supposed to end on Saturday May 21st at 6:00 PM. Almost one week ago. This was according to Harold Camping. He is president of Family Radio. This is a California-based Christian Radio station that spans to about 150 markets. Camping applies numerology to scripture to try to predict a date for biblical prophecies.

He predicted that the world will end once before. He said the world would end September 6th 1994. That day came and went. He then claimed he got the math wrong. Maybe he forgot to carry a 1, who knows? His latest date is strike 2. He spent millions of dollars on vehicles declaring the end was coming may 21st. The media is giving this guy way to much attention. Now that May 21st has come and gone he now says that the end will come October 21st of 2011. Camping has apologized Monday evening for not having the dates “worked out as accurately as I could have.” He now says that it dawned on him that instead of the biblical Rapture in which the faithful would be swept up to the heavens, May 21 had instead been a “spiritual” Judgment Day, which places the entire world under Christ’s judgment. The globe will be completely destroyed in five months, he said, when the apocalypse comes. But because God’s judgment and salvation were completed on Saturday, there’s no point in continuing to warn people about it.

What a crackpot! Why does this man still have a following? First of all, you are not supposed to interpret biblical prophecy using numerology. Isaiah says line upon line and precept upon precept. The bible also says that it is not subject to private interpretation. There is a certain way scripture is supposed to be interpreted. There is a certain way scripture fits together. Numerology is not how scripture is applied.

Second a lot of atheists are grouping this guy’s teachings in with general Christian doctrine. Here is a news flash to all atheists. Most Christians do not support camping’s views and teachings. He is in error in a lot of his teachings taking great liberty with scripture. Camping has really made a mess of things and he has made all Christians look like crackpots.

There is really not much difference between Harold Camping and dinar gurus. How many times have these gurus given dates based on some secret intel or bogus information only to watch the dates they predicted come and go without any change. Mean while people charge up their credit cards and look to the dinar to bail them out from financial uncertainty. They hang on every word from these so-called gurus going from date to date. There are still people following these guys. This makes anyone who has ever invested in this look like a crackpot.

I can always tell when a suspected prediction is close because traffic on this blog increases 100 percent.

The Revalue

In the last blog post I talk about the videos that contain Shabibi’s speech to the US chamber of commerce. This speech confirmed some things I have been thinking about for a long time. I believe there is money to be made off the revalue. But what is the revalue and how will it work? I outlined one possible scenario in the last post as well. I received a lot of questions via email and as this blog was copied into the forums people addressed certain concerns. One person commented that the scenario was bogus because Iraq’s budget is met using US dollars for oil sales. So the dinar does not need to RV to a size to meet Iraq’s budget.

First let me say I was in no way implying that Iraq’s budget is paid for using dinars. I was comparing the currency supply in the event of a lop to what circulates in Iraq. If you expect the dinar to be taken seriously you will need a supply that will replace a lot of what the dollar is currently doing simply because the dinar competes with the dollar for purchasing power. I will go into more details about the mechanics of this thing. I hope to address the many questions that were asked. I will use the same scenario, but I will change a few things. All rates are examples only. So let’s begin with this article that appeared in the N.Y. times on February 27th 2007

Billions Over Baghdad

EARLIER this month, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform held a hearing that criticized the decision to ship American currency into Iraq just after Saddam Hussein’s government fell. As the committee’s chairman, Henry Waxman of California, put it in his opening statement, “Who in their right mind would send 360 tons of cash into a war zone?” His criticism attracted wide attention, feeding antiwar sentiment and even providing material for comedians. But a careful investigation of the facts behind the currency shipment paints a far different picture.

The currency that was shipped into Iraq in the days after the fall of Saddam Hussein’s government was part of a successful financial operation that had been carefully planned months before the invasion. Its aims were to prevent a financial collapse in Iraq, put the financial system on a firm footing and pave the way for a new Iraqi currency. Contrary to the criticism that such currency shipments were ill-advised or poorly monitored, this financial plan was carried out with precision and was a complete success.

The plan, which had two stages, was designed to work for Iraq’s cash economy, in which checks or electronic funds transfers were virtually unknown and shipments of tons of cash were commonplace.

In the first stage, the United States would pay Iraqi government employees and pensioners in American dollars. These were obtained from Saddam Hussein’s accounts in American banks, which were frozen after he attacked Kuwait in 1990 and amounted to about $1.7 billion. Since the dollar is a strong and reliable currency, paying in dollars would create financial stability until a new Iraqi governing body was established and could design a new currency. The second stage of the plan was to print a new Iraqi currency for which Iraqis could exchange their old dinars.

The final details of the plan were reviewed in the White House Situation Room by President Bush and the National Security Council on March 12, 2003. I attended that meeting. Treasury Secretary John Snow opened the presentation with a series of slides. “As soon as control over the Iraqi government is established,” the first slide read, we plan to “use United States dollars to pay civil servants and pensioners. Later, depending on the situation on the ground, we would decide about the new currency.” Another slide indicated that we could ship $100 million in small denominations to Baghdad on one week’s notice. President Bush approved the plan with the understanding that we would review the options for a new Iraqi currency later, when we knew the situation on the ground.

To carry out the first stage of the plan, President Bush issued an executive order on March 20, 2003, instructing United States banks to relinquish Mr. Hussein’s frozen dollars. From that money, 237.3 tons in $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills were sent to Iraq. During April, United States Treasury officials in Baghdad worked with the military and the Iraqi Finance Ministry officials — who had painstakingly kept the payroll records despite the looting of the ministry — to make sure the right people were paid. The Iraqis supplied extensive documentation of each recipient of a pension or paycheck. Treasury officials who watched over the payment process in Baghdad in those first few weeks reported a culture of good record keeping.

On April 29, Jay Garner, the retired lieutenant-general who headed the reconstruction effort in Iraq at the time, reported to Washington that the payments had lifted the mood of people in Baghdad during those first few confusing days. Even more important, a collapse of the financial system was avoided.

This success paved the way for the second stage of the plan. In only a few months, 27 plane-loads (in 747 jumbo jets) of new Iraqi currency were flown into Iraq from seven printing plants around the world. Armed convoys delivered the currency to 240 sites around the country. From there, it was distributed to 25 million Iraqis in exchange for their old dinars, which were then dyed, collected into trucks, shipped to incinerators and burned or simply buried.

The new currency proved to be very popular. It provided a sound underpinning for the financial system and remains strong, appreciating against the dollar even in the past few months. Hence, the second part of the currency plan was also a success.

The story of the currency plan is one of several that involved large sums of cash. For example, just before the war, Saddam Hussein stole $1 billion from the Iraqi central bank. American soldiers found that money in his palaces and shipped it to a base in Kuwait, where the United States Army’s 336th Finance Command kept it safe. To avoid any appearance of wrongdoing, American soldiers in Kuwait wore pocket-less shorts and T-shirts whenever they counted the money.

Later, American forces used the found cash to build schools and hospitals, and to repair roads and bridges. Gen. David Petraeus has described these projects as more successful than the broader reconstruction effort.

But that wasn’t the only source of dollars. Because the new Iraqi dinar was so popular, the central bank bought billions of United States dollars to keep it from appreciating too much. As a result, billions in cash accumulated in the vaults of the central bank. Later, with American help, the Iraqi central bank deposited these billions at the New York Federal Reserve Bank, where they could earn interest.

Finally, when Iraq started to earn dollars selling oil, the United States transferred the cash revenue to the Finance Ministry, where it was used to finance government operations, including salaries and reconstruction. Many of these transfers occurred in 2004, long after the financial stabilization operation had concluded. Iraqi Finance Ministry officials had already demonstrated that they were serious about keeping the controls they had in place. The 360 tons mentioned by Henry Waxman includes these transfers as well as the 237.3 tons shipped in 2003 in the stabilization.

One of the most successful and carefully planned operations of the war has been held up in this hearing for criticism and even ridicule. As these facts show, praise rather than ridicule is appropriate: praise for the brave experts in the United States Treasury who went to Iraq in April 2003 and established a working Finance Ministry and central bank, praise for the Iraqis in the Finance Ministry who carefully preserved payment records in the face of looting, praise for the American soldiers in the 336th Finance Command who safely kept found money, and yes, even praise for planning and follow-through back in the United States.

I have talked about dollarization in previous blog posts. Dollarization occurs when the inhabitants of a country use foreign currency in parallel to or instead of the domestic currency. The term is not only applied to usage of the United States dollar, but generally to the use of any foreign currency as the national currency.

In addition to everything stated in the above article. Iraq also gets US dollars from oil sales. This is because Iraqi oil is sold in US dollars. After the revalue Iraq’s oil will continue to be sold in US dollars not dinars. In addition to this soon the DFI funds will be released dumping even more US money into Iraq. So the question remains. Why would the US go through all the trouble to remake the dinar at great expense and with new security features? Why not just use the dollar? What is the endgame to this plan? These are all very good questions.

The major advantage of dollarization is promoting fiscal discipline and thus greater financial stability and lower inflation. It has become evident to me that Shabibi’s primary concern is inflation. This is the number one concern he had in the videos. He will not do anything that threatens inflation. He is very cautious concerning this matter.

The point I was making in the last blog post was if Iraq lopped their currency. It would not be a sufficient enough value to be taken as a serious global currency. The dollar would still be the dominate currency in Iraq. So the question remains. Why even use the dinar and why go to the expense to implement it? I think there is more to this plan and we are just seeing a part of it

It is also important to note that in all of the lops I studied; when dollarization is present it increases the chances that the people will abandon their currency and use foreign currency. This happened in Nigeria. People began to abandoned the Naira because of a forced lop.

There is currently around 27 trillion dinar printed. Out of that no one knows just how much dinar is in circulation. There are debates about how much currency is actually in circulation. Some say that Iraq has withdrawn 80 percent of the dinar. Some say that Iraq withdrew 70 percent of the currency supply. For the purpose of this example let’s take 80 percent of 27 trillion out of the equation. That leaves 5.4 trillion. So let’s suppose there is really only 5.7 trillion in circulation. What happens if we go to bed and wake up and the next day and the dinar is suddenly worth 3 dollars to one dinar? That puts a value equal to 16.2 trillion in US dollars in circulation for about 30 million people. That is bigger than the US M3 money supply. What effect do you think that will have on inflation?

Let’s say the dinar goes to 1 dollar. That is equal to 5.4 trillion US dollars. Inflation still becomes a major problem. This is of course assuming that there is just 5.4 trillion dinar in circulation. How much dinar is there outside of the boarders of Iraq? This is another good question.

If you think prices will not change on the store shelves inside Iraq and you think this will affect imports only consider this. If you can buy something in dollars or dinar and imports drop but items like food remain the same, why buy these local products using dinar? Why not go and exchange your dinar for dollars and make your purchases that way? This will make your dinar go a lot further. This will only serve to strengthen the dollar and weaken the dinar. So the question remains; what is the end game here?

Iraq has two choices. It can risk a lop and substantially raise the currency supply after the lop, or it can contract the dinar supply through a multi revalue process using a set of fix rates as the GDP rises over time. As I see it three things need to happen before the dinar can revalue at a rate above one dollar.

1. Security needs to improve

2. The amount of US dollars in Iraq needs to be drawn down a little further.

3. The dinar supply needs to be contracted.

The dinar amount can be contracted through a multi-revalue process with fixed rates. I explained this in the last blog post. Let me give you another example of how it could work. I will use simple numbers to illustrate. I am in no way endorsing these rates. This is merely an example of one scenario.

Let’s say the dinar revalues to 1 penny. Banks in Iraq take their dinar to currency auctions and trade in on their investment. During a 1 month period the CBI takes in 1 trillion dinars. Then the CBI raises the rate once again to 10 cents and takes in 2 trillion in a two month period and issues about 100 billion dinar during this time.

The 100 billion issued at a value of 10 cents is equal to the value of the trillion dinar they took in the first month when the rate was 1 penny. So CBI was able to raise the value of the dinar and contract the currency supply all at the same time. So now two months later they raise the rate to 50 cents. Because they took in 2 trillion at 10 cents, they only need to issue 100 billion at the new rate to break even and thus pay for the Revalue through this multi rate process. When all is said and done the rate will wind up somewhere between 1.13 and what ever the current value of the euro is for 3 years. (This is according to the minister of planning’s report)

Of course this is a simple overview. I have no idea what the rates will be or when any of this will happen. This is just one scenario. It may not play out this way at all, but this is the only way I can see an RV taking place with trillions of dinar in circulation.

Another scenario would be that Iraq revalues the currency one time to a desired rate and reduces the money supply after the revalue. This is currently the main belief. I see two problems with this. First this kind of revalue would cost Iraq dearly, and second there is a risk of inflation, at least until Iraq can contract the currency supply.

I find this scenario harder to believe as time goes on. Of course the real key here is how much dinar is in circulation. If the dinar was contracted enough to do this, the dollar would fill in the gap until the dinar got to the adjusted rate. But I believe this is unlikely. I have looked in history. I can not point to one time in history where a currency revalued like the gurus predict the dinar will in one night. If you look at Kuwait you will discover their currency was as low as 5 cents at one point. They did not get to a value of over 3 dollars in one RV. The fact is no country has ever done this. To believe this not only requires a lot of faith. You must admit this is not a normal or even practical behavior for currency.

I am not saying the dinar will not revalue and the rate will not be substantial. I am saying that the rates will not be over $1.00 overnight without a substantial contraction of the currency supply. Of course this could happen when the lower denominations are released, but that raises another question. Will there be a time limit to trade in your dinar?

Exactly how much time would we have to trade in our dinars? I personally believe we would have 2 years and during this time the new lower denominations will coexist with the current 25,000 dinar notes. I get this time frame from the many articles I have read about lower denominations and articles quoting the minister of finance over the past 2 years.

The more I think about it the more I conclude that the dinar may just revalue several times until it gets to the desired rate and the currency supply will be contracted in the process.

Is The US Currency Supply Contracting?

In earlier blog posts I talked about fractional reserve banking as a means to expand the currency supply. Basically it works like this. We take our debt public and private and monetize it using our base M2 money supply. I have given several examples of this in previous blog posts. The following videos are economics 101

For more information about how this works let’s look at a section from the roller coaster Ride series. Here is an excerpt from the Rollercoaster Ride part two.

Someone walks into a bank and opens a savings account for 25,000. We will call him Bob. If there was a reserve limit of 10 percent then the bank would be required to hold 10 percent of the money, but it could loan out the rest. This means the bank would keep 2,500 dollars and loan the rest out. The next day I walk on to a car lot to buy a new car. I finance 22,500 from the same bank that Bob has his savings account with. Because the bank has 22,500 from Bob’s account. They can finance the loan and charge me interest. The crazy thing is that the money they use to finance the car is made up electronically when I get approved for the loan! It does not come out of the existing money Bob put in yesterday! It is newly created money with interest! The bank has the right to make that loan and create that money because Bob opened up a savings account yesterday!

Now add the 25,000 with the 22,500 you get 47,500. Now the money that was loaned out is deposited in the car dealer’s account. The bank that has the dealers account can now loan 20,450 dollars. When it loans this amount it will also be newly created money. So far the total money in this example is 67,450.00. This money was created and expanded by 42,950.00, and on it goes.

Since there is now no reserve limit, the initial deposit can be expanded to 75,000 using this example. Now there are no limits. Under Fractional Reserve Banking the debt is monetized and the money supply is expanded. This is not calculated using M’s or GDP. GDP simply tracks the flow of money. GDP In and of itself is not a very good gauge to determine how much money is in the money supply. It’s like looking at a trickle on one side of a dam, and then trying to calculate how much water is on the other side!

So now we see how every loan adds currency to the money supply. So it stands to reason that when debt is paid off money is taken out of circulation. Take the collapse of the housing bubble, Unemployment, bankruptcies, people paying off debt due to fear in the economy. These are all examples of the money supply shrinking. It could very well be the reason behind QE1 and QE2.

As most people are aware of I have been posting on this blog a lot less than I use to. My hours at my job have increased. In addition to this I have a lot of other personal projects in the works taking even more time. Even though I have not posted here as much as I use to, I will still try to post make a blog post a minimum of once a month. I still try to monitor comments here on a regular basis and answer questions when asked, so feel free to add your 2 cents or ask a question. If the comment is an advertisement it will not be approved. No advertising is allowed on this blog.

I am still recording music for this blog. There are some videos available and some guitar lessons. You can also see guitar theory through adobe sheets I made on my computer. A new clown on the block

We have a new RV clown on the block. Dusty is probably some fake name used by one of the dumbass mods, however due to entertainment reasons we are going to rail on Dusty for a while.

Folks you are hearing it from the site which says we have no intel just facts. Again if I was you I would purchase as many dinars on reserve as possible. If you want to buy a new casino or a new yacht then you need cash.
